Let’s come together and take Africa by storm – Keche

There is this age long saying which says that “United we stand, divided we fall” and it seems Ghanaian hiplife duo Keche have drawn inspiration from that as they have rallied for all musicians and industry stakeholders to come together and push our music beyond the borders of Ghana.

The group who are revelling in their new record deal with their new record label, Golden Empire Legacy made this passionate appeal during an interview with Kobby Kyei on his popular e-chat session on twitter, #Get2KnowWithKobbyKyei. Replying to a question by their host on anything they could change about the industry if they had that power, Keche said, “Well, we will like to see more love in the industry than we’re experiencing. We feel if we are together we can become a force on the African continent”.

Keche among other things threw more light on recent news about the visuals of their new single “Odo” which is dominating entertainment headlines with some calling it the most expensive video ever shot by a Ghanaian artiste. They confirmed that indeed it was one of the most expensive videos they’ve shot in their careers and that the house in which the video was shot cost $12.2m and it is located in one of the most expensive real estate in the world. They showered praise on their boss and CEO of Golden Empire Legacy, Mad. Joana Gyan for her vision for them.
