eShun reacting to why she didn’t do gospel when she got into music revealed that the testimonies that has come from people who have listened to her “Someone loves me” record alone makes her believe her song is “more gospel” than some of the gospel records we have today.
Speaking on Connect Fm, she said, “Even my song “Someone loves me”, when I look at the testimonies that has come from there, people that gave up on love wanting to commit suicide because their hearts were aching have stopped. I always ask myself will my song heal, inspire or encourage? And yes the feedbacks I get makes me believe my song is more gospel than most of the gospel songs we hear nowadays”.
