Prolific Ghanaian songwriter, singer and rapper Kofi Kinaata has advised entertainment pundits to be careful when discussing female musicians in Ghana.
According to him, females generally are not emotionally receptive as men are hence any unfortunate comments made about them goes a long way to affect their general music output.
Kinaata who was speaking as a guest on UTV’s United Showbiz on Saturday evening stated that harsh criticisms on women have affected their careers in a lot of ways.
He added that utterances from gatekeepers should be constructive and sometimes lenient on the females in the showbiz space for us to see the best in them.
The “Things Fall Apart” hitmaker also hinted of a racist abuse he suffered when he went on Holidays in the US earlier this year.
Kofi Kinaata revealed that upon the outbreak of coronavirus, there was an injection which was to be administered to him.
However, he rejected it after the realisation that the colour of the injection to be used on him (a black person) was different from that of the whites.
