Stardom and popularity these days seems to come with a lot of prices to pay. One of such prices is trolling which sometimes turn into insults known in current phenomenon as cyber bullying.
One name that seems synonymous with this subject is Ghanaian content creator and digital marketer, Kwadwo Sheldon. With his huge following and high reach on social media, Sheldon has more often than not been accused of bullying and trolling fellow popular people like him with him now being known for the infamous word “trash”, a vocabulary he has used to describe some works by some Ghanaian musicians like Sarkodie and Shatta Wale.
But in a strong defence of his actions on social media when he appeared as a star guest on “StarTalkWithKobbyKyei, Kwadwo Sheldon strongly argued that though he has been a cyber bully before, what he does on social media now are constructive criticisms and never cyber bullying as people claim.
An adamant Sheldon further argued that the same people he has been accused of trolling are the same people he sometimes uses his platform to promote at no cost, therefore it’s time fans of these people free him off the “cyber bully” tag.
