The just ended Pae Mu Ka Concert celebrated the very popular Ghanaian Hiplife musician, Obrafuor, and his reign in the music industry for 20 years.
The event hosted a myriad of fans, personalities as well as musicians, who warmed the atmosphere with good vibes and excitement. In front of the crowd, Obrafuor revealed that the Ghanaian rapper and pioneer for Hiplife movement in Ghana, Reggie Rockstone, was his reason for sticking to music.
He said pointing to Reggie:
“……this man is the reason why I took pen and paper to write music….”
It was quite a surprise to a lot of people present as they applauded with loud screams to appreciate and congratulate the two legends.
From there on, the mood for celebration did not dim, as the likes of King Promise, Sarkodie, Edem, Kwaw Kese, Stonebwoy, et al, mashed up the arena with tunes and energetic performances to spark the excitement.
The night of 9th November 2019 will definitely be a night to remember. Kudos to all those who came through to support and to the organizers, Obrafuor and his team. Best of wishes and more exploits to celebrate… From Kobby Kyei.
