The management of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital (Ridge Hospital) has assured the general public of assessing satisfactory care whenever they patronise the facility.
In a press engagement on Friday, August 7, 2020 at the hospital premises, the management stated they have taken steps to address recent news about happenings at the hospital.
Management revealed in a press statement, that a combined team from the Ghana Health Service headquarters and the Greater Accra Regional Health Directorate concluded a second round of Supportive Supervision exercise at the facility on Thursday, July 30, 2020 and are satisfied with progress of work at the hospital.
The CEO of the facility, Dr. Emmanuel Sronfenyoh assured the team that management will continuously improve upon the services of the hospital for the benefit of the general public.
He further advised clients and the general public to use the right communication channels in making their grievances known instead of using the media to soil the reputation of the hospital.
