2009 – 2013 (Skyy Digital, Radio Midas, SENCDRAC)
His 10 year timeline of TV & Radio exposure includes hosting and producing youth-oriented shows on various platforms such as “Teen Sports” and “Teen Talk” (2009) on Skyy Digital TV, a local start-up which broke into the digital terrestrial broadcasting space early in Ghana with local content (now First Digital) as well as anchoring “Opinion Wave”(2013) on the now defunct Radio Midas, an online radio station, while working at the Special Educational Needs, Counselling and Drama therapy Centre (SENCDRAC), a non-governmental organization which aims at helping children with learning disabilities through drama therapy. He also worked as a stringer at Joy Publications, publishers of The Gossip, The New Ghanaian and My Joy newspapers owned by his father.

2013 – to date (PHD Ghana, SOTiVi, Pave Ghana, YOLO)
In July 2013, Chiiief joined PHD Ghana’s cohort of summer interns to pioneer “SOTiVi”, an innovative social TV vignette series which he hosted and scripted. The SOTIVI series which is Ghana’s first stand-alone social TV series focused on telling positive happenings on social media from the back to the front i.e. on TV first, and then uploaded onto YouTube and shared via Facebook and Twitter (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYRSbuqqMEc). He quickly stepped up to take the roles of assistant producer and content curator from social media and other online sources.

Chiiief went on to work on various aspects of digital media and broadcast media for PHD Ghana and liaised with media strategists at PHD to provide solutions for various social media marketing campaigns that required the use of influencers, as a contract staff till 2016.

He then moved on to take up acting and writing roles at Farmhouse Productions – a reputable local TV production firm, working part-time on popular youth TV series “YOLO” (2015 – 2019) where he played “King George” a fan-favorite character which won him many fans across the diaspora and accolades alike – including the 2017 GMA best supporting actor in a drama series award after beating off stellar competition from Blossom Chukwujeku and many others. The role embodied the effects of constant peer influence and the urge to belong in young males during the torrid times of adolescence.
