Samuel Peprah (born April 24), popularly known as *Yung Sabo* is from Ashanti Akyem Konongo but currently a resident of Taifa; a suburb in Accra. He completed St. John’s Grammar Senior High School in 2013 and currently studying Business Administration in *UPSA*.

*Yung Sabo* has had the passion for music (rap) since childhood thus listening to the likes of Kanye west, Jay Z, Sarkodie, Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar etc. He therefore pursued his dream in rap music right after High School in 2013. He released a mixtape title *”Alo Girl”* which received quite an audience.
He later did a collaboration with *Kiss Berry* titled *”Go Low”*. Go Low got him some recorgnition in the music industry and as an upcoming artist, he was referred to as “the epitome of rap” in Taifa; the “hood” he reps.

Save by Grace feat. Lil Jay, Alright feat. Aces Ortiz, The Beast, Yaayi, Badder Dan Dem(the award winning song) feat Qwame Limit, Wongololo feat Abiolizi and the new one on every music lover’s playlist making waves is BumBah. These are all singles to his credit (2014-2016) and produced by *Melody Beatz*, another young versatile Sound Engineer and Producer from Taifa(Taifa City Music).

In 2016, *Yung Sabo* dropped the banger *Badder Dan Dem* which received an unprecedented and massive airplay and eventually got him the nomination into the category of “The Most Influencial Student in Music” in the 2016 *Ghana Tertiary Awards*. The category was keenly contested by top artist like *Jason Ela of live FM,*Strongman*,etc. Notwithstanding the BumBah Empire Boss and Taifa City Music anchor Yung Sabo picked up the prestigious award on the night. He was also awarded BCA’s Most Talented Student of the year 2017. Yung Sabo has had the privilege of performing on the same stage with big artists like Edem, Ras Kuuku, Rudebwoy Ranking, A.I, King Promise,Gemini, Obibini and many Top stars in the industry. He also performed at Full House Fashion show’16, Evandy Hall Week, UPSA Peace Concert and UPSA SRC Week Celebration (Rebirth Concert) With EL,Yaa Pono, Joey B which he thrilled the crowd with his amazing performce and got them on thier feet dancing to his BumBah and Roll it track with another amazing talent Abiolizi and Delphik OT and asking for more.

Yung Sabo is the future of Ghana Rap and a Talent to watch out for in Ghana and beyond.
